Nourishing collagen protein balls
Hormone-friendly, fibre-rich, perfect for busy days
If you want a snack that genuinely keeps you full, supports hormone balance and gives you steady energy, these collagen protein balls tick every box. They’re rich in protein, healthy fats and fibre — all essential for stable blood sugar, healthy hormones and keeping afternoon cravings at bay. The mix of oats, seeds and peanut butter provides slow-release energy, while collagen offers extra support for skin, joints and connective tissue (especially helpful in your 40s and 50s).
The seeds (hemp, chia and LSA) add a beautiful combination of omega fats, plant protein and gut-friendly fibre, which helps keep you regular and supports hormone metabolism. Dates and honey bring natural sweetness without spiking your blood sugar, and the coconut oil adds healthy fats for steady energy and satiety. They’re easy to make, freezer-friendly and perfect for grabbing on the go.
